The restaurant in front was nice, but the

breakfast that was advertised was nowhere to be found. The room had a distinct need for cleaning, and I noticed dust under the beds. Overall, it served its purpose for the night but left much to be desired.

A surprising stay with issues

The parking right by my room was a huge convenience, making it easy to bring in our luggage. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which offered a calm atmosphere for settling in.

However, I faced several inconveniences, such as the chair being unusable and the TV instructions being confusing. Even after calling for assistance, there were still issues left unresolved.

The shower knob broken!!! Water barely trickled out, making it impossible to use!!! The toilet lid wobbled dangerously!!! Needs new blow dryers that work!!! Lighted mirror's motion sensor is bothersome at night!!!

Our family enjoyed the convenience of the hotel being near Potawatomi Zoo, which was a fun day out for the kids. The internet setup was functional, allowing us to stay connected while we explored nearby attractions.

During my stay, i celebrated a birthday and really enjoyed the convenience of parking right at my door. The king room was clean and the front desk staff were helpful. My experience exceeded expectations and made the occasion nice.
